How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you've noticed a fault with your shoes, don't hesitate to get in touch — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can. The warranty period is 24 months.

Please note that warranty claims cannot be made for damage caused by the customer, or for faults resulting from improper use or inadequate care. Keep in mind that the warranty period and the lifespan of the shoes are two different things — with intensive use, the lifespan may be shorter than the warranty period. You'll find more details on individual product pages.

What to do?

  1. Send us an email at sales@loveheels.eu with WARRANTY CLAIM in the subject line. Please describe the fault and the circumstances in as much detail as possible, and attach the following photos:
    • a close-up photo of the fault
    • a photo of both shoes — full view
    • a photo of the soles of both shoes
  2. We'll get back to you as soon as possible. In most cases, we're able to assess the claim based on the photos alone. If we do need you to send the shoes to us, we'll let you know and send you the instructions — we cover the cost of return shipping for warranty claims.
  3. If we ask you to send the shoes, please include the printed and completed claim form (see below) and a copy of your proof of purchase. The shoes must be in suitable packaging and include all accessories they were sold with. Claims submitted without these will not be accepted.

Where to send the shoes?

We'll send you the address and shipping instructions by email along with your claim confirmation.
