Shipping

We ship from Prague. We deliver to all EU countries (excluding islands) — to your address, to parcel lockers or to pickup points. Delivery to Ukraine and other countries neighbouring the EU is available upon prior arrangement.

Estimated delivery time from dispatch:

• Czechia: 1–2 working days
• Neighbouring countries (SK, PL, DE, AT, HU): 2–3 working days
• Other EU countries: 3–4 working days

Our logistics partner is Packeta.com.

Your order will be packed discreetly. We'll let you know by e-mail once your order has been dispatched; you'll also receive updates from Packeta.

For deliveries outside the EU, you are responsible for any customs duties and VAT applicable in the destination country.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available for orders shipped to Czechia, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary. A surcharge applies to cash on delivery orders — the exact amount will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

A maximum order value applies for cash on delivery: 3,000 CZK / €120 / 600 PLN. This limit is subject to change.
